1. Who runs the site

Typotecture (“the site”, “we”, “us”) is found at typotecture.com and run by the operator of Typotecture. Email us at [email protected]. The contact form is always open.

2. Age and eligibility

You must be 18 or over. If you aren’t, please don’t use the site.
Checking that free social games are lawful where you live is your job.
We may ask you to confirm your age again, and may limit or close an account we believe belongs to a minor.

3. What the site is

The site is a library of free social games made for entertainment. It is not a gambling service.

Nothing is for sale, and we take no deposits, payments or card details.
Credits in the games have no monetary value. They can’t be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services.
We offer no cash prizes and no prizes of real-world worth.
Success in a free game says nothing about how you would fare gambling for money.

4. Your account

An account is optional. The games and the rest of the site can be used without one.
Give truthful details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us quickly if you suspect misuse. You answer for activity on your account.
You may sign in with email and password or with Google. If you use Google, its own terms and privacy policy cover that step.
You can delete your account whenever you like from the account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
As a precaution, five wrong passwords in a row pause password sign-in for 15 minutes.

5. Conduct

You agree not to: use the site while under 18; give false details; attack, overload or break into the site or its games; run bots or scripts against our forms or games; copy, scrape or resell the site or games; or use it unlawfully or to harass others.

6. Games and third-party content

Games are embedded files that run inside our pages. We can’t promise that any game will always be available, error-free or compatible with your device, and games may change, pause or be withdrawn. Outcomes are for fun and predict nothing.

7. Ownership

The site, including its design, text, artwork and games, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and play for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limits of liability

The site is provided “as is”. We don’t limit liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit (for example death or personal injury from negligence, or fraud). Beyond that, and so far as the law permits, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for lost play credits, which have no value. Your statutory consumer rights remain intact.
